Sportsmax AI Chat is a conversational sports assistant embedded across our sports publisher sites, responding to queries in natural language and surfacing the UI components that best fit each answer. As Lead UX Designer, I own product strategy and UX direction, working with engineers to define the user-intent system — where query intent determines response structure. This also opened up an exclusive new surface for us to own advertising within the experience.
